This policy explains how The Syndicate Group (NextHome Casa Bella Elite) collects and uses information through thesyndicategroup.net, our property search, our forms, our seller portal, and our text messages.
To answer your inquiries, provide brokerage and listing services, enter your property into the MLS, coordinate showings and closing, process payments, communicate with you by email, phone, and (if you opt in) text message, and meet legal, MLS, and record-keeping obligations.
To market your property, listing information and photographs are submitted to the MLS (Stellar MLS) and may be syndicated to real estate websites (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com) per your direction and applicable MLS/IDX/VOW rules. The MLS may retain and display this data per its rules. You control internet-display and address-display options in your intake.
We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the MLS; with service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment, email delivery, and add-on vendors you approve); with cooperating brokers and parties to your transaction; and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising. Our property-search pages use Google and Meta advertising cookies to measure our ads and show our ads to past visitors on other websites. If you create a home-search account or sign in, we also send Google and Meta a one-way hashed (scrambled) form of your email address so they can match your visit to their ad measurement; they do not receive your email address in readable form, and your mobile number is never shared for this purpose.
If you opt in, we text you showing and appointment confirmations and reminders, transaction updates, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Completed transaction records and documents are retained for at least five (5) years, or longer where brokerage or Florida law requires.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including role-based access controls and audit logging, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
